Dates & Fees
Draft papers submission deadline: 05/17/2024
Registrations are mandatory for all participants.
Only participants with full (Standard, IFAC Affiliate, or NMO members) registration can upload a paper.
For authors submitting more than one paper, an additional charge of €200 for international submissions and €90 for local submissions will be required.
The final uploaded papers are required to be six pages or less.
Student registration does not include paper upload (however, a limited number of paper upload fee waivers may be available for students on a need basis.)
Conference registration fee includes access to the CPHS 2024 technical program, proceedings, coffee break refreshments, and the banquet*.
All amounts shown are in Euros.
Information for Authors
The CPHS policy requires that at least one of the authors of a manuscript must have paid the FULL (non-student) registration fee for the camera-ready upload of the paper.
Refunds and Cancellations
If an author has uploaded a paper or abstract using their registration, their registration fee will not be refunded even if the paper or abstract is withdrawn, or the author is unable to attend the conference. Other requests for a refund of registration fee will be processed as follows
Requests received before the advance registration deadline of October 25, 2024 will be fully honored and all registration charges will be refunded.
Cancellation requests received between October 26, 2024 and November 11, 2024 will receive a partial refund (50%).
No refunds will be given for cancellation requests after November 11, 2024.
Call for becoming an IFAC Affiliate
Individuals across the globe are cordially invited to join their respective National Member Organizations (NMOs) and seamlessly become IFAC Affiliates, regardless of their location. Registration is entirely free of charge and can be swiftly completed at affiliates.ifac-control.org. Comprehensive instructions are readily available on the Affiliate Registration page, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
*NMO registrations do not contain banquet.
