How to Reach the Venue

• Antalya has one major airport (AYT), located approximately 23 kilometers from the conference venue, Megasaray Westbeach Antalya. The journey typically takes around 30 minutes by car without traffic, but it can take up to an hour depending on traffic conditions and the time of day. Below are the available transportation options between the airport and the hotel:

Airport Taxi (~30–45 minutes)

• 1–4 passengers: 900 TRY (~25 Euros)

• 5–8 passengers: 1300 TRY (~35 Euros)

You can pre-book a taxi by calling +90 539 488 16 16 and providing your flight details. Alternatively, you can also use Uber to request a taxi from the airport.

Bus

Take the Havaş shuttle bus from the airport to its final stop, Konyaaltı-5M Migros.

• From this stop, you have the following options:

  • Call an Uber or flag down a taxi for an 8–10 minute ride to the hotel.

  • Board another bus (Route 104) and get off at Konyaaltı Akdeniz Blv-16, which is only a 1-minute walk from the hotel.

Tram + Bus

• Take the T1A tram from the airport to the city center. Get off at either the Doğu Garajı or İsmetpaşa stops.

• From there, board a bus (Route ML22 or VS18) to reach the hotel area. Get off at Ataturk Blv-26 which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
